To change your number : To erase, or to change the destination number your UK number is routed to, dial our management number 0845 004 9799 or +44 845 004 9799 or +44 20 0222 9799 - you will need the pin number given to you when you registered for your number. This management number is only for use with numbers issued by this website.
Terms and Conditions : For a full copy of our terms and conditions, please contact us by e-mail, but in essence it works like this - we issue this number for your use, and will keep for you as long as it is used at least once every three months. When you first get the number, you must validate it by getting it used within the first two weeks. If at any time you don't want the number, simply stop using it and we will delete it three months later. If you want to erase the number immediately, call our number management line, and select the 'delete' option. To enable us to provide this service free, you agree that we are to be the service provider of the number for at least 24 months, and that you agree that you won't be able to 'port' the number, but remember you don't pay anything if the number is or is not used - ever!
